Sorbet Shots

This is one of the easiest dessert cordials to prepare. Just scoop in desired sorbet flavors, and top with a matching liquer (ie. Lemon Sorbet, Limoncello). Serve in small shot glasses on top of shaved ice for a beautiful presentation. This recipe was adapted from a Sandra Lee, Food Network program. Enjoy!

Apple Martini

I like to make this drink during the Christmas holidays, and have renamed this green drink “Grinch Martini”. You will be sure to love the taste of this drink. Add a sour apple Jolly Rancher candy to the bottom of each drink if desired. This recipe was adapted from the website.

Caramel Apple Pie Martini

This is another delicious holiday cocktail.  The combination of Butterscotch Schnapps and Sour Apple Schnapps gives you a surprising caramel apple taste.  The addition of the butterscotch schnapps and crushed graham crackers for the martini rim really top off this drink!

Lemon Cream Pie Martini

I was inspired to make this martini when I read a similar recipe on  The concept of layering the drink so it visually simulated a lemon cream pie was genius!  You will love the flavors of this drink.   It's a little fussy...but worth the time!

Bailey's Ice Cream Shots

Similar to the sorbet shots, this is an extremely easy dessert cordial to prepare.  I like to serve this small dessert in espresso coffee cups for the best impact.  Just scoop in Bailey’s ice cream, and cover with Bailey’s liquor.  Coffee ice cream can easily be substituted.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

This is a wonderful holiday cocktail, and a treat for your guests.  The delicious combination of the pumpkin spice liqueur with the butterscotch schnapps makes this drink special.

Jolly Rancher Vodka

This was another recipe inspired by pictures from the Pinterest site.  This is so easy to make….and fun.  I tied the Jolly Rancher candies to each jar to remind myself of the flavors.
