Breaded Pork Chops

This is a really simple pork chop recipe.  It requires a quick seasoning and the chop is then baked in the oven.  The chicken broth bath keeps the chop very moist and flavorful.  This is a very easy weeknight meal and is delicious served with mashed potatoes or rice and a vegetable.

2 Cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Black Pepper

8 Pork Chops

2 Cups Chicken Broth

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Combine the seasoned breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.  Dredge the pork chops in the breadcrumb seasoning, then place the pork chops on a baking sheet.  Pour the chicken broth around the pork chops (not directly on top).  The chicken broth will form a bath around the pork chops (make sure there is enough liquid).  Bake for approx. 1 hour until the pork chop is cooked through—do not touch or flip the chop during the cooking time.
